Launching New Beginnings in Bolton and Bath

This year marked a significant expansion for our network with the launch of new groups in Bolton and Bath. These new groups have been warmly received, bringing together professionals who foster meaningful connections and business growth. Their enthusiasm and participation have already started to sow seeds of success, and we look forward to seeing these groups flourish in the coming years.

Remarkable Charitable Contributions

Philanthropy is at the heart of real5 Networking, and 2024 was no exception. Our community rallied together to achieve significant fundraising milestones, raising over £70,000 for various charities:

• The #TourDeFour team of Mersey Gateway raised £16,000 for Halton Haven Hospice. Their dedication and strenuous efforts radiated as they cycled to this total, contributing toward the worthy mission of supporting hospice care.
• Our Charity Football Tournament for Warrington & Halton Hospital Charity raised £1,685. Our members suited up in their football gear, exhibiting their talents on the field to show their commitment to making a positive difference.
• Matt Kehoe and Laurence Barrow played a pivotal role as sponsors of the Charity Panto Horse Race at Chester Race Course, raising a whopping £40,000 for The Hospice of the Good Shepard.
• Knutsford and Manchester raised £13,266.30 for Hits Radio Cash for Kids from various activities, including Survive The Wild, Glitter Ball, 10K Run, Fire & Ice Walk, and a Charity Golf Day.
• Liverpool South raised £1,500 for Liverpool Sunflowers via Tom’s Golf Day, raffle donations and sales of Sunflower squares.

Growing the DKMS Register with Lifesavers

It’s not just about financial donations. Our network’s influence also extends to life-saving initiatives. This year, through the dedication of a few of our passionate members, over 70 new potential lifesavers joined the DKMS register. This is a testament to the power of community and the strength that comes from selfless acts that have the potential to save lives.
